Our Goals for Future
Disaster Relief
We now have a burden of the Lord to return to these people in the village of Kallaar in the near future. The Lord has put a great love in our hearts for them to comfort them and help to rebuild their lives. On this past trip we did not have enough finances and vehicle space. We could take enough supplies only for a fraction of the people. The greatest need right now is for more blankets, food, drinking water, and hygienic supplies because of the danger of spreading disease from the dead bodies. Also we are praying for the Lord to help us to build the orphanage very soon so we can adopt some of the children in this village who have lost both their parents. These children are in critical need and desperately need our help. It is hard to imagine the fear, the despair, the pain and loneliness in these children's hearts, who have witnessed the deaths of their parents and other beloved family members.

Next time we return to them, we want to rent a big vehicle and come with many more supplies, enough for everyone, so we can build more of a relationship with them and to share that there is hope for them in the Lord Jesus Christ. We plan to make up 'Disaster Relief Packs'.

We have estimated it to be around five hundred people who have survived in this village. Our starting goal is to purchase five hundred "Disaster Relief Packs" and return to them. Please help us so we do not have to return empty handed to them.Together we can help rebuild lives one step at a time and one village at a time in the love of Jesus.
